About the Establishment & Services

What languages are spoken at the reception?

All of our staff speak French and English fluently.

What are the Check-in / Check-out and opening hours of the hotel?

The Hotel is open 24/7. Check-in can be done from 2pm and the room must be vacated before noon

Are animals allowed in your establishment?

Yes, animals are more than welcome in our establishment. This service will be charged an extra €7/day.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

No, apart from breakfast, we only serve soft drinks. This said, the hotel is well-located and surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants. We are confident you will find a place that will suit your taste.

What about breakfast?

Our breakfast buffet is served in our main room from 7am to 10am during the week and until 11am during weekends and public holidays. It includes a wide selection of hot drinks (tea, coffee or chocolate), bio orange or apple juice, cold or hot milk, fruit salad & compote, bread, cheeses & charcuterie, small cakes, pastries, bread, butter, jams & honey, dried fruits, yogurts & cereals. The price is €13/person

Does the hotel have an internet point and wifi access?

Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel. We also have a free desktop computer to connect to the internet. For any request to print documents, or specific research, our teams are at your disposal (extra charges may apply).

Is it possible to leave luggage at the hotel before arrival or after departure?

Of course, we can keep your luggage in our secure room until you take possession of your room or the afternoon of your departure.

Is there a place to park our vehicle?

No, we don't have a private parking but 2 spots in front of the hotel are available to comfortably unload your luggage. You will find 2 public parking lots around the corner.

About the Rooms

Can I benefit from a late check-out / late departure?

We can arrange a late checkout based on our occupancy levels. This service will be charged an extra €10/hour.

Can I request a specific room (number or color seen on the website)?

Due to our booking system, only the room category is guaranteed. We cannot guarantee a room number or color. However, let us know your wish and we will do our best to satisfy your request.

Do all rooms have air conditioning?

18 rooms over 30 benefit from the AC. All located on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors. If having an AC is a requirement for you, you shall contact us to make this request explicitly. We will then see if a room is available in the category you selected and will make the reservation accordingly.

Does the hotel have apartments or connecting rooms?

We do not have connecting rooms but we can allocate rooms on the same floor if the categories you selected allow us to. Please specify it in your booking order.

We are traveling with a baby/child/children. Do you have a baby cot? Can we add an extra bed in our room?

Yes, we can provide a baby cot. This service will be charged an extra €9/day. For an older child, we cannot add an extra bed. We advise you to book a twin room as this category comes with 2 beds in it (double bed + single bed or 2 double beds).

Are all rooms equipped with a safe?

Our rooms are not equipped with a safe.

About the Reservations

How can I cancel or modify my reservation?

The cancellation and modification conditions are listed on your booking confirmation. They differ depending on the rate booked and the booking channel. For a cancellation during the stay, the cancellation conditions remain the same. To be noted: the rate may vary between the initial reservation and the modified date.

Is the room rate quoted per person or per room?

The price is per room and per night. It excludes the tourist tax (transferred to the City of Lyon). Breakfast is not included.

How does the payment work? What type of payment methods to you accept?

We accept cash, bank cards (Mastercard, Visa and Amercian Express) as well as holiday vouchers. We however no longer accept payment by bank check. Other options can be to pay by bank transfer before arrival, or by cash (in this case, a bank card information will still be requested).

How does a reservation payment work?

A credit card is required to book online, by email, or by phone. It is necessary to confirm the reservation. Upon your arrival, a physical card will be requested as a caution in case of extra charges.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email with the reservation's details. If you didn’t receive it, check if your email address is correct and your spam folder. You can still call us in case of doubts.

Do you provide an invoice?

Upon request, we can give you the invoice at your departure (by email or printed). For business trip, ideally ask for it at your arrival so we can prepare it before your checkout.
