Means of payment

We accept cash, bank cards (including AMEX), and holiday vouchers. We regret that we no longer accept payment by check.


Room rates may be increased on special occasions (Festival of Lights, various fairs and events).

Specific reservation

We cannot guarantee the room number. Only the category is guaranteed.


As the hotel is entirely “non-smoking”, anyone not respecting this instruction will have to pay a minimum of €80 for dry cleaning.

Disabled access

Unfortunately, for architectural reasons, no PMR rooms are available.

Cancellation conditions

They differ depending on the rate booked and the booking channel. Refer to the booking confirmation. For a cancellation during the stay, the cancellation conditions remain the same.

Cancellation fees

They will be debited from the credit card number left as a guarantee, via a “distance selling” system. In the case of a company guarantee, the amount will be invoiced to the address mentioned in the reservation letter. In the case of a deposit payment, these will not be refundable under any circumstances.


In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they will endeavour to find an amicable solution. In accordance with article L 221-28, there is no right of withdrawal for hosting services. The law applicable to the contract is French law. Any recourse or dispute must be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction. In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 21, 2013, a European online dispute resolution platform has been set up by the European Commission for the settlement of disputes relating to online purchases. Privacy policy

The hotel, as the data controller, collects and processes personal data for the purposes of managing reservations and customers, for billing and payment purposes and for carrying out its sales campaigns and satisfaction surveys. The data is intended for use by the hotel and its service providers. You have the right to access, rectify and delete any personal data concerning you, and you may object to the processing of your data. Online booking

The general terms and conditions of sale and cancellation relating to online reservations or reservation requests are specified in the relevant forms. Online booking solutions require you to tick the box ``acceptance of terms and conditions`` before making any purchase. Tourist taxes, if any, will be specified on the establishment's invoice. They are not included in the amounts indicated at the time of booking. HOTEL DE PARIS has no control over the determination of these taxes.


In accordance with article L.223-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers who do not wish to be the subject of commercial canvassing by telephone can register free of charge on a telephone canvassing opposition list. This list is accessible via the following website: www.bloctel.gouv.fr.
